HBM Signal (“we”) provides a public-source monitoring service. We collect only what is needed to operate accounts, subscriptions, and digests.

Data we collect

• Email address (account + magic-link authentication)
• Subscription status and Creem customer/subscription identifiers
• Product usage needed for delivery (e.g. digest sends)

Payments

Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. We do not store full card numbers. See Creem’s privacy policy for payment processing details.

How we use data

• Authenticate you and deliver the product
• Send transactional email (magic links, digests, billing-related notices)
• Maintain security and prevent abuse

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Processors (hosting, email, payments) receive only what is required to provide their services.

Retention

Account and subscription records are kept while your account exists and as needed for legal/accounting obligations. You may request deletion via support@hbmsignal.app.
